What is Cape Neddick Baptist Church like - what can I expect when I visit?

-
What do people wear? Just wear whatever is comfortable for you.
-
How long is a typical service? Services begin at 930 on Sunday morning and are one hour, though sometimes we go over a tiny bit, and sometimes the service is shorter.
-
What are your sermon messages like? We share practical sermons based on the Bible and relevant to living in our current world.
-
We welcome families with children. We try to have a kid-friendly service.
-
What is the seating like? We sit in comfortable pews, redone recently with new foam.
-
What kind of worship music is there? We love having a blend of music - some old and familiar hymns and some contemporary praise music. Sometimes we use a colorful music video.
-
How do you serve the community? We offer GriefShare for those who need comfort after the loss of a loved one, we host meetings to care for our seasonal foreign workers in the area and have special projects to assist the poor here and abroad with food, clothing and education.

Oh, and one last item... we have lots of fun! "Barn dances" in our Fellowship Room with a live band, fun meals together, "Sundaes on Sunday" events and even meeting outside during the warmer months for refreshments and lawn games after the church service. We enjoy our special times together!
